The apartment renovation project makes changes to the openings that allow better lighting of the premises. The intervention on the building reorganizes the internal distribution of the spaces, adapting the functionality and usability to the needs of modern living, making systems and services and finishes not previously available available. Furthermore, the structures were restored as they were degraded, statically consolidating the entire building.
